Snowy Vineyard Estate is located in Dalgety in the New South Wales Snowy Mountain range, an easy 14km drive from Berridale.
The first grapes were planted in 1984 and features Sieger Rebe, Australia's only commercial planting. An aromatic, early ripening fruit reaching its full ripeness two months before other grape varieties. Other varieties are, Mueller Thurgau, Sylvaner and Rhein Riesling. All varieties are unique cold climate grapes which feature long slow ripening for extra flavour. |
