The cottage is a Delightful 4 bedroom house on 35 acres adjacent to the winery, restaurant and microbrewery. The cottage accommodation is configured as follows:

• Bedroom 1 Queen size Double Bed
• Bedroom 2 Double Bed & Single Bunk atop
• Bedroom 3 Single Bed
• Bedroom 4 2 x Single Beds
• Sleeps a total of 8 people

The cottage is self contained with Kitchen, bathroom (Shower and Bath) & separate toilet with adjacent laundry and drying room. The cottage has an internal combustion log fire and electric heating in each room The Property is at the foot of the vines of the Snowy Vineyard, Australia's coldest vineyard. The property also has direct Snowy River access which has a beautiful picnic area as well as resident Miniature horses, sheep, guinea pigs and other farm animals.

Next door is the Winery restaurant and microbrewery.

There is abundant wildlife including over 50 species of birds that have been spotted as well as the local platypus. See website for a list of birds spotted.

Accommodation rates

Week nights $275 per night or ($34.38 per night per person based on 8 people stay)

Weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) $350 per night ($43.75 per person based on 8 people stay)
